What happens after I place an order?
After an order has been completed, an order confirmation is sent via email. Once we have handed over the order to our delivery partners, you will receive a notification to easily follow up on your order.


How long does it take to receive my items after I place an order?
We usually handle orders the same day they come in and then hand them over to our transport partners, such as PostNord, Best Transport and Shiplink. Delivery time usually varies between 2 to 5 weekdays, holidays not included.

What is your process if an item arrives damaged to me as a customer?
Damage can sometimes occur during transport. As a customer, please take a picture of the damaged item and contact our customer service. We will issue a refund for the damaged item directly to the account used for the payment.
